Located along the Versilia Coast and just 1 hour's drive from the Cinque Terre area, Hotel & Residence Exclusive is just 150 metres from the beach in Marina di Carrara and 600 metres from the Carrara Fiere trade fair. Wi-Fi and outdoor parking are free.

Each room features a private marble bathroom, air conditioning, and a 32" LCD TV. Apartments also include a fully equipped kitchenette and wide private balconies, which are fully furnished.
